Orthodox Christians celebrate Virgin Mary's Birth holiday
Orthodox Christians celebrate today the Old Virgin Birth holiday, also called the Holy Mary. On this day, the faithful go on pilgrimages to monasteries and fruits, bread and candles are brought to churches to be sanctified.
