Parliament protest: 10,000 people rally against early elections and demand political stability (photo)
UPDATE 18:04) People are rallying for political stability: For our future, for people.
(UPDATE 18:00) "We want stability, oppose snap elections and chaos. We want people to live better. Mr Nastase is coward and a traitor", said a protester.
(UPDATE 17:55) "We want a stable government, a stable parliament. We don't want early elections, we don't want any war. Want stability", explained a protester.
(UPDATE 17:44) "We're here to support PDM and good projects they already begun. We want stability in the country. Maia Sandu and Andrei Nastase are thieves and want them to leave the country", said a protest participant.
(UPDATE 17:42) "We're here to ask them, the elected politicians to work for people, not to escape the functions. They want to rule the country but we don't want anybody outside the country to decide out destiny. He knows, Andrei Nastase, that people don't want him. We're here to know their decision", said another protester.
(UPDATE 17:15) People also come with message to support Democratic Party: PDM is a party of people.
(UPDATE 17:14) Nastase is hiding behind the armed forces and make live stream on Facebook to criticize thousands people who rally for political stability.
(UPDATE 17:10) Police also present at the protest to ensure the public order.
(UPDATE 17:05) According to Democrat Youth President, Alexandru Cauia, there are 10,000 people from all corners of the country who came to Parliament to protest.
"People don't want political crisis but good roads, salaries, pensions. NO early elections. WANT stability", wrote Cauia on Facebook.
"Maia Sandu and Andrei, the traitors of our country", voiced by people who have gathered at Parliament to rally against early elections.
The protesters condemn PAS and DA deputies for the country's political crisis and request all parties involved in dialogues to seek a solutions in order to ensure the country's stability, the continuation of social economic reforms.
At event, several banners are showed with messages: We want stability, we don't want early elections.
