PDM deputy Andrian Candu has sent his 'sincere congratulations" to Maia Sandu and bloc ACUM after the Socialist deputy Vladimir Țurcan was elected the Constitutional Court President. 

"I want to send my congratulatory messages to Maia Sandu and bloc ACUM who have succeeded in de-politicizing our Constitutional Court! Congratulations! Do you feel the changes?", wrote Candu on his Facebook.
