Democratic Party of Moldova has filed a complaint to CEC against "Our Party" formation candidate, Dumitru Ciubasenco. 

According to the communique, Ciubasenco distributed the "Power is the truth" newspaper, that was printed for over 150,000 copies. 

 Furthermore, this publicity is against the 64th Article of the Electoral Code, since it has no printing date.

Thus, the Democratic Party of Moldova wants CEC to find violations and Dumitru Ciubaşenco be sanctioned in accordance with the Electoral Code.
