PDM wishes to introduce new laws for seasonal employment

Democratic Party of Moldova has decided to come up with new laws to regulate seasonal works. According to it, there will be no contract signed between the employer and employee, but the services will be registered in a special journal.
The employer will have to ensure that his employees have fitting working conditions.
PDM's spokesman Vitalie Gămurari, claims that this project is meant to create more transparency among seasonal work, combat illegal labor, as well as reducing tax evasion and undeclared income.
