People with special needs in Nistru left bank to receive high quality social assistance

Persons with special needs from the left bank of the Dniester River will have high quality social assistance. Several Tiraspol specialists were in Criuleni for an exchange of experience.
"We offer social assistance services, but we can not cope with all the requests. Here, in Criuleni, this service is much more developed," said Natalia Cîrcîs, social assistant.
Victoria Secu has been the head of an association for the care of people with disabilities for 18 years. The woman says she has learned many things during this period and she is ready to share her experience with her colleagues in Tiraspol.
"We are located very close to the region, but there are very large differences in support services created for people with disabilities," said Victoria Secu, director of the Women and Child Protection and Support Association.
The Women and Child Protection and Support Public Association in Criuleni also has a team that moves to the home of people with special needs.
"One day I come and I prepare food and clean up the house," said Aliona Puşca, a social worker.
The work of the mobile team is funded by the Criuleni District Council.
"We financially support any project that comes to improve the situation of people in crisis or people with disabilities," Veaceslav Burlac, president of the district, said.
There are about 3200 people with disabilities in the Criuleni district receiving social assistance.
