Prime Minister Pavel Filip today met with observers from the International Republican Institute (IRI). The officials exchanged views on election campaign conduct. PM Pavel Filip mentioned that the authorities are making every effort to ensure fair, transparent elections, abiding by all international standards.

Observers were also invited to monitor the conduct of elections. PM Filip trusted with supports of observers, the elections will be carried out fairly and objectively. 

The IRI Mission has been accredited by the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Moldova to observe the electoral process and will carry out its activity independently and impartially without interfering in the electoral process in accordance with the provisions of the Moldovan legislation. IRI has deployed over 200 international election observation missions globally.
