The police have dismantled a group selling illegal vegetable drugs.

It consisted of a woman aged 35 and five men aged 27 - 53, all living in Chisinau. The police caught all of them red-handed at the same time.

The suspects had on them small bags with marijuana. Searching their houses, the police found bigger bags of marijuana, electronic scales, cellular phones and money gained from selling drugs, including marked bills used in controlled acquisitions of drugs.

The group members are now in custody and face up to 7 years of prison.
