Police representatives of Qatar in official visit to Moldova
The Chief of Police, Alexandru Pinzari and deputy head of IGP, Gheorghe Cavcaliuc had a meeting with members of a police delegation from Qatar, Qatar's ambassador to Moldova, and other representatives of the Embassy.
Several topics were discussed during the meeting, such as the police training system, combating OF corruption, emergency call management, road safety and combating cyber crimes.
"We are in the process of institutional reform and the experience of Qatar counterparts is very important to us" , said head of IGP, Alexandru Pinzari.
Also, the deputy head of IGP, Gheorghe Cavcaliuc has highlighted that combating cyber crimes is a priority for Moldovan policy and online safety among young people is a current problem facing by the National police.
Both delegation and senior representatives of the Embassy of Qatar in Moldova welcomed the IGP management and assured that the Qatari Police will support Moldova in implementing the Development Strategy of police cooperation through dialogue sustainable.
