Real estate market: Cheaper prices for lease of commercial property
The prices of offices and commercial property in the capital fell last year by an average of five percent compared to 2015.
According to real estate agency Lara.md, the decline is due to the increase of foreign investment in the country.
The most expensive commercial properties are in downtown Chisinau. Thus, one square meter is 1,030 up to 3,250 euros.
The prices in Botanica and Riscani sectors vary between 660 and 1,500 euros.
The offices in Ciocana and Telecentru are slightly cheaper with prices that start from 500 euros and can reach up to 1,300 euros per square meter.
The prices for offices has cheapened compared to last year. In the capital, a square meter is evaluated at 570-1450 euros.
The offices in Botanica and Riscani sector vary between 530 and 740 euros per square meter.
The cheapest are the offices in Buiucani, Ciocana, Telecentru sectors of the capital, with one square meter up to 630 euros.
According to the real estate agency last year the prices were cheaper for commercial property and offices.
