This year “Nicolae Testemiteanu” University of Medecine offered over 500 places for residency.

Only 30 of them are with taxes. Ministry of Health issued an order to approve the plan of 2016-2017 year registration.

Most places are offered to those who want tot study general medicine. After that public health and dentistry and pharmacy follows.

Residency studies last from 2 to 6 years depending on the chosen specialty.

Those who are interested can submit documents from September 7 to 13 at the headquaters of University of Medicine in Chisinau.

In 2016, approximately 900 doctors have graduated from residency. Two hundred of them are foreigners.
