Municipal authorities carry on road repairs on Capital streets, in sectors Center, Buiucani, Ciocana and Rîşcani. Road traffic was suspended on 8 streets today. 

Interim Mayor Silvia Radu went to check the ongoing works. 500 tonnes of asphalt have been used for filling holes.

Repair works were carried out on several streets in Center sector of Capital: Iurie Gagarin Boulevard, Dimitrie Cantemir and Bucureşti st.

Additionally, the holes in the Socoleni, Calea Moşilor and Ceucari streets in the Râşcani sector were filled.

Repair works were also done on Calea Ieşilor and Meşterul Manole streets in Buiucani and Ciocana. The works which cost almost 125 million lei will end in two months. 

"It is important that the work started as promised in all sectors, we prepare the city for the Easter holidays," said Silvia Radu, interim mayor of Chisinau.

Up to now, five kilometers have been rehabilitated that cost 1.5 million lei.
