Russian Trade Chamber invites Moldovan companies to attend expos in Russia
Speeding up relations and dialogue between Moldovan and Russian firms was discussed at a meeting between Prime Minister Pavel Filip and the chairman of the Russian Trade and Industry Chamber, Sergei Katyrin.
Mentioning he had tackled the issue with the Russian President and Prime Minister, Pavel Filip said: "The present conjuncture offers the right premises to ramp up our trade relations."
Sergei Katyrin said the Russian companies showed special interest to attend the Fabricat în Moldova exhibition.
60 Russian firms from 17 regions came to Moldova and some of them have already inked deals.
The Trade Chambers from the two countries have agreed to exchange information on business opportunities.
Sergei Katyrin said the Moldovan companies may attend similar exhibitions in Russia: "Moldova does have what to show and has products to attend exhibitions with. The Moldovan produce is well known on the Russian market."
