Several social groups to pay smaller fees for applications for summons
Cabinet of Ministers has approved today, January 11th, a series of legislative changes aimed at cases of exemption from state tax collection applications for summons. The additions aim at reducing of costs and expenses.
Under the new provisions, victims of domestic violence shall benefit from smaller payment when applying to court for compensation for material or moral.
However, the provisions don't include people who have suffered from crimes and seeking compensation for damage.
The bill also provides for businesses that seek to Court the declaration of invalidity of documents issued by public administration bodies, enterprises and organizations providing public services.
However, there have been changes in the calculation of the fee for examining economic disputes, it will constitute 3% of the total civil action.
The document is to be submitted to Parliament for adoption.
