The Police Direction of Chişinău municipality ordered the unfolding of the unforeseen verifications of interurban routes, considering the increase of passengers’ flow in the Easter holidays’ eve.

The policemen raided at several terminus stations from sector Buiucani of interurban routes Ungheni and Străşeni.

The policemen detected serious violations admitted by the drivers or the mechanics of the respective routes as a result of the verifications, they drew minutes regarding the contraventions.

There were applied fines for the exploiting of cars with faulty breaks, with technic defects forbidden by the route circulation rules or the infringing of the matriculation or state registration of the cars, and the raising of the registration numbers.

The value of the applied fines varies between 150 lei till 600 lei and 3 penalty points.

All economic agents are alerted by the Capital’s police to adjust appropriately the transport found under their administration, and verifications of this kind will continue in all the sectors of Chişinău municipality.
