Stop Ham conducts a lesson for drivers who park in prohibited places
The fight with undisciplined drivers continues. People from “Stop Ham” went today to the market situated on Dmitrie Cantemir avenue in Chisinau, in order to teach a lesson to drivers who park their cars wherever they want and thus, put in danger the pedestrians’ lives. The activists have put stickers on cars’ windshields, and because of that, many drivers were angry.
At the beginning, the activists asked the drivers to park their cars in other places. Not all drivers agreed to it. Other drivers were easily convinced and took their cars from the street.
Those who suffer in this situation are the pedestrians. Because of the crowded street, they have to put their lives in danger.
Also today, the activists tried to chase away the merchants who were selling on the street.
Shortly, a police squad was called to the scene, and all tables were taken from the street. Fortunately, the merchants received only a warning.
According to police, merchants who are selling their goods in street may pay a fine of 2,000 lei, and the drivers who park their cars in prohibited places may receive a fine of 200 lei and 2 penalty points.Stop Ha
