Thousands of militaries marched in National Assembly Square in an amazing parade (PHOTO)
Over 2,000 militaries, tens of armored cars and fire trucks have marched the National Assembly Square for Independence Day.
The military parade, which was presented in the center of Chisinau, was watched by tens of people and the authorities.
For the first time, at the parade participated groups of militaries from Romania, Great Britain, Ukraine, Lithuania, and Poland.
After the march of the troops, in the National Assembly Square have passed 36 units of military equipment and arms systems from the National Army used by the infantry troops, artillery, anti-air defense, peace-maintaining forces and the Special Forces.
These were followed by 22 intervention fire trucks from the Civil Protection and Emergency Situations Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and cars from the Protection and State Security Service.
The military parade dedicated to the anniversary of 25 years of independence of Moldova will be ended with the performance of the mixed orchestra of Chisinau garrison, composed of 5 military orchestras: Presidential Orchestra of Moldova, Orchestra of No.1 Brigade of Motorized Infantry “Moldova” from Balti, Orchestra of No.2 Motorized Infantry “Stefan cel Mare” from Chisinau, Orchestra of No.3 Brigade of Motorized Infantry “Dacia” from Cahul, Model orchestra of the Carabineer Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, The Fanfare of the Border Police of MIA.
The last military parade took place in Chisinau in 2011.
