Three Moldovan COVID-19 suspects tested negative, Health Minister
Two Moldovans adults and a Moldovan child who were suspected of having COVID-19 tested negative, announced Health Minister Viorica Dumbrăveanu.
"No COVID-19 infection was confirmed. It's viruses, seasonal influenza", the minister stressed.
In the past 24 hours, seven people who entered Moldova had a fever and were transported immediately to the Infectious Diseases Hospital Toma Ciorbă in Chisinau.
"They are not infected with COVID-19 but still remain under medical care. We have no suspicious case at the moment", the minister announced.
According to the Border Police, in the last 24 hours, 20 thousand people entered Moldova. 529 people returned from Italy.
"The Bologna - Chisinau route -161 persons, the Milan-Chisinau route - 78 persons, the Venice - Chisinau route - 151 persons, the Verona - Chisinau route - 139 persons," said the Border Police representative, Ion Nicolaev.
Over 1800 people fulfilled epidemiological records at the state borders.
