Threat to virus infection: 2.800 cases registered last week

Lower temperature and autumn rains bring a new threat to virus infection. The number of acute respiratory infections increased last week by 30 percent and reached the figure of 2,800.
According to the Center for Public Health of the Capital, seven out of ten patients were minors. Usually, the most affected are children up to six years old.
Also, last week, in hospitals, regarding virus infection, 50 of 61 patients were children.
Acute respiratory infections usually manifest through clogged nose, sneezing, headaches and fever.
Doctors advise patients to consult specialist, consume lots of fruits and vegetables.
Physicians advise patients to treat themselves only by specialists, consume as many fruits and respect personal hygiene.
