The public heard what a criminal had to say, afterward Maia Sandu has performed a Psychoanalysis upon his words, while another expert in criminology Igor Dodon supported her with a philosophical view. That is how Vlad Plahotniuc has commented Maia Sandu and Igor Dodon's comments regarding killer Proca's interview.

"I have seen aberrant reactions and declarations the whole week. Regarding them, last week, the public heard what a criminal condemned for 21 years had to say, then Maia Sandu has made a Psychoanalysis upon his works and shared his opinions. Afterwards, another criminal expert Igor Dodon has interpreted what the man tried to say, supporting Maia Sandu philosophically. Finally, a part of the mass media that claims to be independent, supported the killer's words like they have personally been there when the assassin made his declarations. Those scriptwriters became sloppy, the hide abroad and have run out of ides and topics, therefore begun forging stories" Vlad Plahotniuc declared.

PUBLIKA reminds that Vitalie Proca was condemned to 21 years of imprisonment in Romania, for attempting to assassinate a young man he confused with his real target. His first attempt took place in London, where he tried to take the life of a Russian businessman, Gherman Gorbunțov. On this case, prosecutors from Chisinau has begun an investigation, on October 16 2016. Within it, they established that the man who order the murder was fugitive Renato Usatîi. A fact confirmed by the crime's organizer Ion Druţă, known as Vanea Pisateli. According to the investigation, the murdered was supposed to receive 600 thousand US dollars, for making false declarations regarding who hired him.

We wish to mention that Jurnal TV, which belongs to Ţopa and was financed by Renato Usatîi, has broadcast an interview with Proca, where he claimed that PDM leader, Vlad Plahotniuc was his client.

The crime's victim Gherman Gorbunțov has not made himself be waited and made a statement where he declared that Renato Usatîi was the scriptwriter for that interview and the one to order his failed assassination.

Gorbunţov claims that unlike Usatîi, there is no reason why Vlad Plahotniuc would wish him gone.

Other people Proca spoke of in his interview have also came with responded. Lawyer Radu Cijicenco ha confirmed that he met with Proca, but denied of having given him any money.

The lawyer Radu Cijicenco approves, he visited the killer Vitalie Proca, at the request of his mother-in-law, but not on Democratic leader's request. Venera Gasparean asked him to meet his son-in-law in a prison from Romania, to take a text from him and bring it in Chisinau.

Vitalie Proca was convicted to 21 years in prison, because he attended to the life of a young man, the man confused him with his target.
