This year, the winter holidays have been the happiest and sweetest for nearly 60 orphan children from Straseni town.

The owner of a cafe in the capital has given clothes, toys and sweets after he gathered over 10,000 lei from the bills paid by customers.

Two thousand visitors have participated at the campaign of the restaurant.

The charity campaign has lasted three weeks, during which the owner has managed to collect 500 lei from each bill.

Of the money collected, the children received a gift toys, clothes, sweets and a guitar:

58 children with ages between 7 and 16 years old are placed at the orphanage in Straseni town.
