Soroca district hospital to offer patients quality healthcare. Neurology section is renovated
Neurology section of the Soroca Hospital was renovated and provided with modern medical equipment and new furniture.
Due to lack of places, eight patients have to be in room for four people.
"We had 13 beds in the therapies department, and we had to borrow beds from our colleagues, because there were too many patients. Now we have a 20-bed section with good conditions", said Vladimir Rusnac, the head of the Neurology Department, Soroca district Hospital.
Patients appreciate new conditions. Restrooms are also built.
"Very good conditions. Doctors are more comfortable and take good care of us".
"We're so happy with everything".
"It's warm, we feel good".
"It's the fourth section in a block equipped with the emergency reception unit, with the anesthesia and resuscitation department, so emergency medical services will be provided continuously", said Soroca hospital director Angela Rusnac.
The works cost about two million lei, money allocated by the National Health Insurance Company (CNAM) and the Soroca district Council.
"Together with CNAM and Soroca district Council we have searched for resources to repair and provide them", said Ghenadie Muntean, president of Soroca district.
Annually, nearly 100,000 people receive healthcare at this hospital.
