The specialists took over 80 samples from the local products, but also imported ones.
The carrots and the pumpkins coming from the country contained a high level of nitrates.
There were made 250 verifications and it was stated that the radishes, the pumpkins and the melons from certain lots of local production were dangerous for consumption.
When consumed in exaggerate quantities, the fruits and the vegetables that contain nitrates become toxic for the human organism.
